Audi just released its February 2026 lease programs and the story is one of extreme contrasts. We analyzed 1,784 lease configurations across every 2025 and 2026 Audi model to rank every deal from best to worst—so you know exactly which Audis to target and which to avoid.
The headline: the 2025 A5 is leasing at 0.9% APR—the lowest rate on Audi's redesigned sedan. The Q7 45 TFSI is at 1.5%—the best 3-row luxury SUV rate in America. The S8 and A8 flagships carry $12,500 Customer Credits each. And the RS e-tron GT? $25,000 in cash on a $160K+ electric supercar. But half the lineup—including the A4, A5 Sportback, new Q5, SQ5, and nearly every RS model—is stuck at 7.9–8.2% with zero incentives. Audi Financial picks favorites, and if your model isn't one of them, you're paying full freight.

How We Rank
Ranking considers APR, residual value, incentive depth, and overall lease economics. All rates shown are the Audi Financial Services Special Lease Rate at 36 months / 10,000 miles where available. Standard Rate varies by model (7.8–8.2% APR). Models without a Special Rate are ranked at the bottom. Best year shown when both 2025 and 2026 are available.
The Rankings: Best to Worst
TIER 1: THE ELITE (Under 2% APR)
Sub-2% on a luxury vehicle is extraordinary. Only two Audi models qualify—and both are 2025 inventory Audi wants to move.

The lowest rate in Audi's entire lineup—and one of the lowest on any luxury vehicle in America. At 0.9% APR, your rent charge on a ~$47K A5 is just $10/month. This is the redesigned model replacing the A4, and Audi is throwing everything at it. The 59% residual is strong, meaning ~$530/month depreciation. The catch: $0 general cash—the rate IS the incentive. The Standard rate is only 1.4%, so even if a dealer doesn't apply the Special, it's still great.

The best lease rate on any 3-row luxury SUV in America. At 1.5% APR, the Q7 45 undercuts the BMW X5 (2.6%), Mercedes GLE (4.9%), and Volvo XC90 (3.8%). Add $2,000 Customer Credit and the math is compelling. Note: the 55 TFSI V6 is at 3.5% with $4K cash—also excellent. The 2026 Q7 deteriorated to 7.8%, making the 2025 the clear winner.
TIER 2: THE SWEET SPOT (2–4% APR)

The Selective Subsidy Trap
Unlike GM (which has a uniform 9.4% Standard rate) or BMW (uniform 7.3%), Audi's Standard Rates vary by model from 7.8% to 8.2%. But the real trap isn't the Standard rate itself—it's that nearly half of Audi's lineup doesn't qualify for a Special Rate at all.
Models like the A4 Sedan, A5 Sportback, new Q5, SQ5, RS 3, RS 6 Avant, RS 7, and RS Q8 only have Audi's Standard Lease Rate with zero general cash incentives. Meanwhile, the A5 sedan gets 0.9% and the Q7 45 gets 1.5%.
Example — 2026 A3 Special vs Standard:
✅ Special Rate: 3.3%
MF: 0.00136
On $40K: ~$71/mo rent
❌ Standard Rate: 8.0%
MF: 0.00333
On $40K: ~$173/mo rent
Difference: $102/month = $3,672 over 36 months
How to protect yourself: Before signing, ask for the exact money factor and verify it matches the Special Rate for your model. If your model doesn't qualify for a Special Rate (check our table above), understand that 7.8–8.2% is the best Audi Financial will offer—your only leverage is negotiating the sale price down.
The Old vs New Model Trap
Audi is in a major model transition. The A5 replaced the A4, the Q5 is being redesigned, and 2026 models are rolling in. This creates confusing rate splits within the same nameplate:
- A5 (new sedan, 2.0 TFSI): 0.9% vs A5 Sportback (old, 40/45 TFSI): 7.9%
- Q5 (outgoing, 2.0 TFSI): 3.3% vs Q5 (new, 40/45 TFSI): 7.9%
- 2025 Q7 45 TFSI: 1.5% vs 2026 Q7 45 TFSI: 7.8%
- 2025 RS e-tron GT: 6.0% + $25K vs 2026 RS e-tron GT: 6.7% + $12.5K
Key takeaway: Always check the specific trim badge on the window sticker. "2.0 TFSI" often signals the outgoing model with better rates. "40 TFSI" or "45 TFSI" usually means the new powertrain naming with Standard-only rates.
Programs Expiring March 1, 2026
All current Audi Special Lease Rates and incentives expire March 1–2, 2026. Key programs at risk:
- A5 0.9% APR — Audi's best rate is a launch promotion. May not survive the March reset.
- Q7 45 TFSI 1.5% APR — Could increase significantly as 2025 inventory thins.
- S8 / A8 $12,500 Customer Credit — Flagship cash tends to fluctuate month-to-month.
- RS e-tron GT $25,000 Credit — The biggest incentive in the lineup. Unlikely to last forever.
- All EV Customer Credits ($3K–$6K) — EV incentives generally refresh monthly based on inventory.
- California Loyalty Pull-Ahead Program — Regional program for current Audi lessees in CA.
March programs typically publish 1–2 days before March 1. If you're targeting any Tier 1 or Tier 2 deal, lock it in before the end of February.
TL;DR — February 2026 Audi Lease Cheat Sheet
BEST DEALS (Act Now)
2025 A5 at 0.9% APR — the redesigned sedan is the cheapest Audi to finance. 2025 Q7 45 at 1.5% — the best 3-row luxury SUV lease in America. 2025 A6 45 at 2.4% + $6K cash — top-tier luxury sedan lease. 2025 S8/A8 at 3.3–3.5% + $12.5K cash — flagships at clearance pricing.
BIGGEST CASH
RS e-tron GT: $25K — the most cash on any Audi. S e-tron GT: $20K. S8 / A8: $12.5K each. A6 Sedan 45 / Q8: $6K / $5K.
EV REALITY CHECK
Every Audi EV (Q4, Q6, SQ6, A6, S6 e-tron) leases at 6.9–7.1% APR. Large cash incentives ($3K–$6K) help, but BMW iX (0.7%) and Chevy Equinox EV (1.8%) are far better EV leases. The e-tron GT flagships ($20–25K cash) are the exception for sheer dollar savings.
AVOID
2025 A4 Sedan (8.2%, $0 cash) — the worst Audi lease deal outright. A5 Sportback (7.9%) — the old body style with no subsidy. New Q5 40/45 TFSI (7.9%) — the redesign penalty is real. 2026 Q7 (7.8%) — for 6+ percentage points more than the 2025. All Standard-Only RS models — 7.8–8.1% with zero cash.
Methodology
This analysis covers 1,784 individual lease configurations (1,560 for 2025 models, 224 for 2026 models) sourced directly from Audi Financial Services programs dated February 2026. All rates shown are for 36-month / 10,000 miles-per-year leases in the 90210 zip code.
Rankings are based on the Special Lease Rate (lowest money factor available per model), which is the subsidized rate Audi Financial offers through participating dealers. The Standard Lease Rate (7.8–8.2%) is what you get if the Special Rate isn't applied or doesn't exist for your model.
Money Factor → APR conversion: MF × 2,400 = APR equivalent. This is an approximation for comparison purposes.
Incentive amounts include Customer Credits (general), Marketing Allowances (dealer-level), and conditional bonuses (Military Select, RVT EV JV). "Max savings" on each card includes all stackable consumer incentives. Actual payments depend on negotiated sale price, taxes, fees, and dealer participation in incentive programs.
