Best EV Lease Deals June 2026: 16-Brand Comparison
June 2026 EV lease rankings: BMW iX rate nearly doubled (MF 0.00080 to 0.00175, +$120/mo on xDrive45). Equinox EV residual crashed from 60% to 49% (+$120/mo on RS, +$156/mo on LT1). Cadillac OPTIQ gets $1,000 cash back (-$28/mo). Lexus RZ 450e AWD takes a double hit. Kia Niro EV Wind still cheapest at ~$347/mo. 16 brands, full trim tables.
June 2026 delivers two $120/month shocks and one bright spot. BMW Financial nearly doubled the iX lease rate — MF 0.00080 to 0.00175 — adding $120/month to the xDrive45 overnight. GM Financial collapsed the Equinox EV residual from 60% to 49%, adding another $120/month to the RS trim. The bright spot: Cadillac OPTIQ 2026 gets $1,000 in consumer cash back after May's $0, saving $28/month. The Lexus RZ 450e AWD took a second consecutive hit — Lease Cash cut from $6,500 to $3,000 while the rate ticked up — adding $55/month on top of May's $78/month increase.
Everything else held. Kia Niro EV Wind is still the cheapest EV lease at ~$347/month — unchanged for the third straight month. Hyundai IONIQ 9 holds at ~$486/month with $15,000 cash on a $60,555 3-row SUV. Honda Prologue, BMW i4, Genesis eGV70, Volvo EX40, Ford Mach-E, and Mercedes EQS are flat. Toyota bZ held 0% APR but dropped $500 in base cash, adding ~$14/month to the XLE FWD. The standard bZ is still the best rate-driven EV lease in the market.

Toyota bZ — 0% APR Holds, $500 Less Cash
Toyota Motor Credit kept MF 0.00001 on every 2026 bZ trim for June. The rate has not moved in months. What changed: standard bZ Lease Cash dropped from $5,500 to $5,000 across all non-Woodland trims. The bZ Woodland held at $5,500. That $500 cash reduction adds ~$14/month to the XLE FWD entry payment.
The bZ XLE Plus FWD runs ~$503/month at 0% APR on ~$42,000 MSRP. Still the best rate-driven EV lease in the market by a wide margin. The entire 36-month rent charge is under $20. Note: the XLE AWD residual improved 2 points (44% to 46% in June), which partially offsets the cash cut — that trim ends up at ~$663 versus ~$656 in May.
On stacking: bZ Lease Loyalty Cash adds $5,000 in the NE region for qualifying maturing TFS leases (any Toyota, Jan 6 through June 30, 2026 with a unique certificate). That offer expires end of June. Confirm eligibility before structuring the deal around it. Military and college grad stack on top. No conquest on any bZ trim.
Change from May — Toyota bZ
Base Lease Cash: $5,500 to $5,000 (-$500). That adds ~$14/month to XLE FWD and XLE Plus FWD. bZ Woodland held at $5,500 — effectively unchanged. Rate: still 0.00001 (0% APR). XLE AWD residual improved 44% to 46%; net payment change on that trim is +$7/month.
| Trim | MSRP | MF (36mo) | RV (36/12K) | Lease Cash | ~Monthly* |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| bZ XLE FWD | ~$40,000 | 0.00001 | 43% | $5,000 | ~$495 |

| bZ XLE AWD | ~$53,390 | 0.00001 | 46% | $5,000 | ~$663 |
| bZ Woodland Base AWD | $46,750 | 0.00001 | 44% | $5,500 | ~$575 |
*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K. Non-conditional cash only. bZ Lease Loyalty Cash adds $5,000 NE (targeted: maturing TFS lease 1/6–6/30/2026, unique certificate required — expires end of June). Max stack with loyalty ~$11,500 standard bZ, ~$12,000 Woodland. No conquest any bZ trim. Data: Toyota Financial Services NE, June 2026.
Verdict — Toyota bZ
Rate unchanged at 0% APR. $500 cash reduction costs ~$14/month on the XLE FWD and Plus FWD. Still the best rate-driven deal in the EV market. The bZ Woodland is the most stable — cash held at $5,500 for a second straight month. Loyalty buyers with the certificate stack to ~$11,500 total cash; that brings the XLE Plus FWD to approximately $364/month. The bZ loyalty offer ends June 30, 2026. If you qualify, this is the month to close.
Lexus RZ — Rate Climbs to 3.24% APR, 450e AWD Cash Cut Again
The Lexus RZ program continued to deteriorate in June. Lexus Financial Services raised the MF from 0.00120 to 0.00135 across all trims. That alone adds ~$10/month to the 350e FWD. But the bigger hit is on the 450e AWD trims: the Lease Cash that was raised to $6,500 in May got cut back to $3,000 in June. A $3,500 cash cut adds ~$97/month on its own. Combined with the rate increase, the RZ 450e AWD (base) moves from ~$706/month in May to ~$761/month — a $55/month hit in a single month, on top of the $78/month hit absorbed in May.
The 350e FWD trims had $3,000 cash in both May and June, so their change is purely the rate tick: +$10/month on the entry 350e FWD, -$4/month on the 350e Premium (residual improved 1 point to 52%, slightly offsetting the MF increase). The 550e F Sport AWD follows the same pattern — $3,000 cash, rate up to 0.00135.
Change from May — Lexus RZ
MF: 0.00120 to 0.00135 (+0.00015, +$10/mo on 350e FWD). 450e AWD and Luxury cash: $6,500 to $3,000 (-$3,500, +$97/mo alone). Net on 450e AWD base: ~$706 to ~$761 (+$55/mo). Net on 450e Luxury: ~$795 to ~$859 (+$64/mo). 350e trims: $3,000 cash in both months; change is rate only (+$10/mo on 350e FWD).

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| RZ 350e FWD | ~$48,600 | 0.00135 | 51% | $3,000 | ~$673 |
| RZ 350e Premium FWD | ~$50,148 | 0.00135 | 52% | $3,000 | ~$684 |
| RZ 450e AWD (base) | ~$55,150 | 0.00135 | 52% | $3,000 | ~$761 |
| RZ 450e Luxury AWD | ~$60,500 | 0.00135 | 51% | $3,000 | ~$859 |
*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K. Non-conditional cash only. Loyalty adds $1,000; military and college grad add $1,000 each; max stack ~$7,000 at 36mo. May comparison: RZ 450e AWD was ~$706/month with $6,500 cash and MF 0.00120; June is ~$761 with $3,000 cash and MF 0.00135. Data: Lexus Financial Services NE, June 2026.
Verdict — Lexus RZ
The RZ program has now gotten worse two months in a row. The 350e FWD at ~$673 is passable for a luxury EV lease — 3.24% APR with a 51% residual is reasonable, just not a deal. The 450e AWD at ~$761 is harder to justify after two rounds of deterioration: the $6,500 cash that made May tolerable is gone, and the rate went up again. If you were waiting on the RZ to recover, skip June. The entry 350e FWD is the only trim that makes sense at this program, and only if you specifically want RWD.
Hyundai IONIQ 5 + IONIQ 9 — Unchanged from May
Hyundai Motor Finance held every number. The IONIQ 9 S RWD stays at $15,000 in Lease Cash, MF 0.00224, 57% residual — landing at ~$486/month on a $60,555 3-row, 335-mile-range SUV. No other 3-row EV in the market is structurally close at this payment. The SEL AWD with $16,750 cash lands at ~$521/month on a ~$66,320 vehicle.
IONIQ 5 is identical to May. The SE Standard Range RWD at ~$41,450 carries $7,250 in Lease Cash at MF 0.00213 — landing at ~$449/month. The SE RWD with 57% residual and $7,500 cash on ~$42,500 MSRP runs ~$435/month. The XRT AWD at ~$49,400 with $8,250 cash runs ~$531/month. All three held flat.

Verdict — Hyundai IONIQ 5 + 9
The IONIQ 9 is still the best value 3-row EV in the market. $15,000 to $16,750 in non-conditional cash puts a $60,555 S RWD at ~$486/month with 335 miles of range and standard second-row captain's chairs. Nothing else with this combination leases anywhere close. The IONIQ 5 is deal-neutral versus May: same cash, same rate. If you need the entry EV crossover, the SE SR RWD at ~$449 or the SE RWD at ~$435 are both solid.
Kia Niro EV + EV6 + EV9 — Unchanged from May
Kia Motor Finance held every number. The Niro EV Wind carries $10,450 in Lease Cash, MF 0.00216, 52% residual — landing at ~$347/month on a ~$39,700 MSRP. That is still the cheapest EV lease payment in the June lineup, unchanged for the third consecutive month.
EV6 is equally flat. Light RWD at $37,900 with 53% RV and $6,500 cash runs ~$423/month. Light LR RWD steps up to ~$469/month with a 57% residual. Wind RWD at ~$44,800 runs ~$504/month. All MFs and cash amounts held from May.
EV9 is flat as well. The Light RWD at $54,900 with $12,000 cash and a 56% residual runs ~$495/month. The EV9 Wind AWD with 60% residual and $12,150 cash on ~$63,900 MSRP runs ~$567/month. The IONIQ 9 S RWD still undercuts the EV9 Light RWD by ~$9/month for a larger, longer-range vehicle.

*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K. Non-conditional cash only. EV6 MSRPs confirmed. Niro EV / EV6 / EV9 max stack: Lease Cash + $500 military + $400 college grad. Data: Kia Motor Finance NE, June 2026. Identical to May 2026.
Verdict — Kia EV
Niro EV Wind at ~$347/month is still the cheapest EV lease anywhere. EV6 Light RWD at ~$423/month is the best entry for buyers who want more range and a sportier platform. EV9 Light RWD at ~$495 is a solid 3-row entry, though the IONIQ 9 S RWD undercuts it by ~$9/month on a longer-range vehicle. Nothing changed from May — same verdict, same math.
Honda Prologue — Unchanged from May
Honda Financial Services held everything. The Prologue EX 2WD carries MF 0.00074 (1.78% APR) and $6,450 in Lease Cash at 36 months — landing at ~$437/month on $41,395 MSRP. The EX AWD at ~$44,895 runs ~$497/month. Rate, residual, and cash are all identical to May.

| Prologue EX 2WD | $41,395 | 0.00074 | 50% | $6,450 | ~$437 |
| Prologue EX AWD | ~$44,895 | 0.00074 | 49% | $6,450 | ~$497 |
*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K. Non-conditional cash only. Conquest cash up to $7,500 (region/eligibility dependent). Data: Honda Financial Services, June 2026. Identical to May 2026.
Verdict — Honda Prologue
Unchanged from May. Rate stays at 1.78% APR — still the best non-EV-OEM lease rate outside of BMW and Genesis. At ~$437/month on a $41,395 GM Ultium SUV with $6,450 confirmed cash, the Prologue remains the cleanest compact EV lease under $500. If you qualify for conquest, the effective payment drops well below ~$400.
Subaru Uncharted, Trailseeker + Solterra — Essentially Flat
Subaru's three EV models saw money factor ticks of 0.00001 to 0.00002 — too small to move the payment by more than $1–$2/month at base cash. The Uncharted Premium FWD holds at ~$502/month on $34,995 MSRP (MF 0.00085, 47% RV, $2,000 confirmed cash). The Trailseeker Premium holds at ~$541/month on $39,995 MSRP (MF 0.00143, 54% RV, $2,000 cash). Both are effectively unchanged from May.
The Solterra's MF moved slightly more — from 0.00098 to 0.00133 — adding roughly $21/month. That said, the Solterra at $2,000 confirmed cash still runs about ~$545/month on the Premium trim, which is only competitive if significant dealer cash passes through.
Subaru's dealer cash structure remains the critical variable. A confirmed $2,000 consumer cash is the floor; additional $4,000 in dealer-directed funds may or may not reach the consumer. If the full $6,000 passes through, the Uncharted Premium FWD drops to ~$390/month — competitive. At $2,000 only, ~$502/month on a 47% residual is uncompetitive. Always confirm the dealer cash amount before running numbers.

| Solterra | |||||
| Solterra Premium AWD | ~$40,000 | 0.00133 | 53% | $2,000 | ~$545 |
*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K. Confirmed $2,000 consumer cash only. An additional $4,000 in dealer-directed funds may or may not reach the consumer — do not assume it without confirming with your dealer. At full $6,000 passthrough, Uncharted Premium FWD drops to ~$390/month. 24-month term trap: avoid — rate jumps significantly. Data: Subaru Motors Finance NE, June 2026.
Verdict — Subaru EVs
Essentially flat from May on the Uncharted and Trailseeker. Solterra MF ticked up more (+$21/month). The program hinges on whether dealer cash passes through. At confirmed $2,000 only, none of the Subaru EVs are competitive against Kia or Hyundai. If you can lock in full $6,000 in writing before signing, the Uncharted Premium FWD at ~$390 is a strong entry. Avoid the 24-month term — rate jumps every month.
BMW i4 + i5 + iX — i4/i5 Hold, iX Rate Nearly Doubles
The i4 and i5 are unchanged. i4 eDrive40 stays at MF 0.00035 (0.84% APR) with $3,750 Lease Credit — still the best lease rate of any BMW model and one of the best in any luxury segment. i4 xDrive40 matches at 0.00035. The i5 eDrive40 2026 holds at MF 0.00060 (1.44% APR) — ~$875/month on ~$68,900 MSRP. The 2027 i5 stays at MF 0.00090 (2.16% APR), adding ~$47/month over the 2026. All i4/i5 numbers are identical to May.
The iX is a completely different story. BMW Financial nearly doubled the iX money factor for June: MF 0.00080 to 0.00175 on the xDrive45 (1.92% APR to 4.20% APR) and MF 0.00045 to 0.00110 on the M70 (1.08% APR to 2.64% APR). On the xDrive45 at ~$88,000 MSRP with $7,500 Lease Credit, that rate change alone adds $120/month — from ~$1,066 in May to ~$1,186 in June. The M70 at ~$107,000 absorbs ~$101/month of additional cost, moving from ~$1,288 to ~$1,389.
Change from May — BMW iX (Major)
xDrive45: MF 0.00080 to 0.00175 (+0.00095). Monthly: ~$1,066 to ~$1,186 (+$120/mo). M70: MF 0.00045 to 0.00110 (+0.00065). Monthly: ~$1,288 to ~$1,389 (+$101/mo). Lease Credit unchanged at $7,500. Residual unchanged at 52%. i4 and i5 programs are identical to May — only iX changed.

i4 eDrive40 at 0.84% APR with $3,750 LC remains the best lease rate of any luxury EV. ~$666/month on a ~$57,900 sedan is strong for the segment. The 2026 i5 at 1.44% APR is the right trim if you want a larger executive EV without the iX premium. Get the 2026 — the 2027 adds $47/month for a 0.72% APR penalty. Both i4 and i5 are unchanged and the verdict from May stands.
Verdict — BMW iX
The iX went from a reasonable deal at 1.92% APR in May to a difficult-to-justify lease at 4.20% APR in June. The xDrive45 at ~$1,186/month is now mid-pack for large luxury EV SAVs — not bad, just no longer the standout it was. If you were planning an iX in June, the math changed significantly. Wait a month and see if programs reset. The i4 remains the BMW EV to lease right now.
Genesis Electrified GV70 — Unchanged from May
Genesis Financial kept MF 0.00018 (0.43% APR) on the Advanced-20 trim with $0 consumer cash. At ~$62,000 MSRP and 50% residual, the Advanced-20 lands at ~$878/month — unchanged from May. The entry "19" trim runs MF 0.00027 (0.65% APR) with 51% RV; at ~$56,000 MSRP and $0 cash, that prices around ~$820/month.
Genesis does not offer consumer Lease Cash on the eGV70 at 36 months. The rate story is the entire program. At 0.43% APR with no cash subsidy, the eGV70 Advanced-20 is purely a rate play on a premium Korean luxury SUV. The 39/42-month trap applies here too: avoid those terms — the MF jumps to the equivalent of ~6.77% APR, which removes the rate advantage entirely.
| Trim | MSRP (est) | MF (36mo) | APR | RV (36/12K) | Cash | ~Monthly* |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| eGV70 19 (base) | ~$56,000 | 0.00027 | 0.65% | 51% | $0 | ~$820 |
| eGV70 Advanced-20 | ~$62,000 | 0.00018 | 0.43% | 50% | $0 | ~$878 |
| eGV70 Prestige-20 | ~$65,000 | 0.00019 | 0.46% | 50% | $0 | ~$921 |
*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K. $0 consumer cash at 36 months. MSRPs estimated; verify with dealer. 39/42-month trap: MF jumps to ~0.00282 (6.77% APR) — lease at 36 months only. Data: Genesis Financial NE, June 2026. Identical to May 2026.
Verdict — Genesis eGV70
Unchanged from May. The rate story holds: 0.43% APR is exceptional for a luxury EV with a 50% residual. The catch is no consumer cash — the entire deal rests on the rate. At ~$878/month on ~$62,000 MSRP, the Advanced-20 is competitive with the BMW i5 2026 on payment per dollar of vehicle. Strict 36-month lease only. The 39/42-month rate makes this program unviable at those terms.
Cadillac OPTIQ + LYRIQ — OPTIQ Cash Returns, 2027 Arrives
The headline change: GM Financial put $1,000 in consumer Lease Cash back on the OPTIQ 2026 at 36 months. May had $0 at this term. Combined with the unchanged MF 0.00112 and 61% residual, the OPTIQ 2026 Luxury drops from ~$640/month to ~$616/month — a $24 improvement. Not a huge move, but the direction is right. The Sport trim also picks up $1,000 cash at MF 0.00096, running at ~$616/month as well on a 60% residual.
The OPTIQ 2027 Luxury arrives this month as a new entry on the rate sheet. It carries MF 0.00146 (3.50% APR) with $0 cash and a 61% residual. At an estimated ~$53,500 MSRP, that lands around ~$705/month. The higher rate and higher base price compared to the 2026 make the 2026 Luxury the better value at ~$616/month while supply lasts.
The LYRIQ 2026 Luxury saw a minor MF tick from 0.00167 to 0.00172 — adding ~$5/month. At ~$731/month on ~$57,000 MSRP with $0 cash and a 64% residual, the LYRIQ remains a strong residual story despite the rate nudge.
Change from May — Cadillac OPTIQ 2026
Lease Cash returned at 36 months: $0 to $1,000 (+$1,000). Monthly on OPTIQ Luxury: ~$640 to ~$616 (-$24/mo). MF and residual unchanged. LYRIQ MF tick: 0.00167 to 0.00172 (+$5/mo). OPTIQ 2027 is a new entry at MF 0.00146 — worse terms than 2026 at launch.

Verdict — Cadillac OPTIQ + LYRIQ
OPTIQ 2026 Luxury at ~$616/month is the best it has been since launch. The $1,000 cash returning brings it back on track. Buy the 2026 over the 2027 — the new model adds $89/month at worse terms with no confirmed cash. LYRIQ at ~$731 is solid on a 64% residual; the +$5/month rate nudge is negligible. If OPTIQ supply is thin in your area, the LYRIQ is a natural step up at $115/month more.
Volvo EX30 / EX40 — Unchanged from May
Volvo Car Financial Services held all EX30 and EX40 programs flat. The EX40 Twin Motor AWD Plus runs at MF 0.00088 (2.11% APR) with $7,500 in consumer cash landing at ~$655/month. The single motor RWD Plus variant runs ~$541/month at the same MF with 47% residual. The EX30 Cross Country Ultra AWD stays at MF 0.00261 (6.26% APR) with $4,500 cash at ~$565/month on a compact EV.

*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K. Non-conditional cash only. Data: Volvo Car Financial Services NE, June 2026. Identical to May 2026.
Verdict — Volvo EX30 / EX40
Unchanged from May. The EX40 Twin Motor AWD Plus at 2.11% APR with $7,500 cash is the most compelling Volvo EV lease — strong rate for a 46% residual vehicle. The EX30 at 6.26% APR is harder to justify; the $4,500 cash helps but the low residuals make this a pay-as-you-go lease rather than a value play.
Chevy Equinox EV — Residual Crashes 60% to 49%
GM Financial collapsed the Equinox EV residual value from 60% to 49% across all trims in June. The money factors also moved: the RS held at MF 0.00271, LT2 went to 0.00296, and LT1 jumped to 0.00341 (8.18% APR). No consumer cash on any trim. On the RS at $43,500 MSRP, the 11-point residual collapse alone adds ~$120/month — moving from ~$672/month in May to ~$792/month. The LT1 absorbs both the residual crash and a rate increase, jumping from ~$633 to ~$789/month — a $156/month hit.
Change from May — Equinox EV (Major)
Residual: 60% to 49% (all trims). RS: ~$672 to ~$792 (+$120/mo, MF unchanged at 0.00271). LT1: ~$633 to ~$789 (+$156/mo, MF 0.00271 to 0.00341). No consumer cash on any trim. Largest single payment shock in the June EV lineup.
| Trim | MSRP | MF (36mo) | APR | RV (36/12K) | ~Monthly* |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Equinox EV RS | $43,500 | 0.00271 | 6.50% | 49% | ~$792 |
| Equinox EV LT1 | ~$41,000 | 0.00341 | 8.18% | 49% | ~$789 |
*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K. $0 consumer cash all trims. May comparison: RS ~$672/month (60% RV); LT1 ~$633/month at MF 0.00271 (60% RV). Data: GM Financial NE, June 2026.
Verdict — Chevy Equinox EV
Skip. The RS at ~$792/month is 82% more per month than a Kia Niro EV Wind on a vehicle that costs $3,800 more at MSRP. The LT1 at 8.18% APR with a 49% residual is one of the worst lease structures in the entire EV market this month. GM Financial engineered unsustainable residuals in prior months; June is the correction. If you want an Equinox EV, finance it or wait for the programs to reset.
VW ID.4, Audi Q4, Mach-E, Porsche Taycan, Mercedes EQS
Volkswagen ID.4 — MF ticked from 0.00313 to 0.00319 (+$4/month on Pro RWD at ~$44,000 MSRP with $6,000 cash and 45% RV). That is noise. The rate is still 7.66% APR; the $6,000 cash keeps the payment at ~$690/month essentially flat with May.
Audi Q4 e-tron — MF moved from 0.00293 to 0.00325 on the Premium RWD trim (7.03% to 7.80% APR), adding +$22/month. The Premium RWD at $49,000 MSRP with $3,000 cash and 51% RV lands at ~$814/month. At 7.80% APR with minimal cash support, the Q4 remains a skip.
Ford Mustang Mach-E — Unchanged. Select RWD carries MF 0.00189 (4.54% APR) with $2,000 cash and 52% RV at ~$646/month.
Mercedes EQS 450+ — Unchanged at MF 0.00082 (1.97% APR), 46% RV, $0 cash at ~$1,344/month on ~$83,000 MSRP. Porsche Taycan — Unchanged. Taycan 4 AWD at MF 0.00250 (6.00% APR), 56% RV, $0 cash runs ~$1,674/month on ~$103,800 MSRP.

Payment Math & Assumptions
- Cap cost = MSRP minus base non-conditional Lease Cash. No dealer discount, no down payment. Conditional incentives (loyalty, conquest, military, college grad, first responder) are not included -- stack them if you qualify.
- Term: 36 months / 12,000 miles per year. All residuals use the 12K tier throughout.
- Pre-tax and pre-fees. Add your state's lease tax (method varies: monthly, upfront, or TAVT), the captive acquisition fee (typically $595-$995), and dealer doc fee. These add to drive-off or the monthly depending on your state.
- Formula used: Monthly = (Cap minus Residual) / Term + (Cap + Residual) x MF, where Residual = MSRP x RV%.
- MSRPs marked "est" or "~" are estimates based on published base pricing. Actual dealer MSRP may vary by configuration and region.
- Verify the MF in writing before signing. Dealers can mark up the money factor without disclosure in most states. Multiply the dealer's stated MF by 2,400 to convert to APR and compare against the buy-rate shown here.
