Nissan Lease Deals June 2026: Every Model Ranked
Nissan June 2026 lease programs: NMAC added $1,000 in Lease Cash to the Kicks SV and SR ($1,375 to $2,375), dropping the SV FWD to about $301/month. But the base-trim penalty deepened — the Pathfinder S, Kicks S, Sentra S, and LEAF S+ all jumped to MF 0.00312 (7.49% APR) with little or no cash. The Murano holds 1.61% APR (MF 0.00067) and the Rogue holds 3.67% APR with up to $3,325 Lease Cash on the Platinum. The Pathfinder S vs SV gap widened to about $156/month.
The Kicks got cheaper and the base trims got worse. NMAC added $1,000 in Lease Cash to the Kicks SV and SR ($1,375 to $2,375), dropping the SV FWD to about ~$301/month. But the base-trim penalty deepened: the Pathfinder S, Kicks S, Sentra S, and LEAF S+ all jumped to MF 0.00312 (7.49% APR) with little or no cash.
The two real deals are unchanged. The Murano holds 1.61% APR (MF 0.00067), the lowest rate in the lineup, and the Rogue holds 3.67% APR with up to $3,325 Lease Cash on the Platinum. The Pathfinder S rate trap got steeper, now ~$156/month more than the SV. Skip the base trims, lease one trim up.

June 2026 Nissan Lineup: Where the Money Is
NMAC's programs still split into two tiers. The Murano (1.61%) and Rogue (3.67%) carry real subsidized rates; most other models run 5% to 7.5% APR. The June theme is the base trim. NMAC pushed the Pathfinder S, Kicks S, Sentra S, and LEAF S+ to MF 0.00312 (7.49% APR) with no cash, while adding $1,000 to the Kicks SV and SR. Lease one trim up from the base.

Verdict — Lineup
Lease the Murano for rate, the Rogue for an everyday crossover, or the Kicks SV for the cheapest payment. Avoid every base S trim this month, they run 7.49% APR with no cash.
Murano — 1.61% APR Holds
The 2026 Murano, with standard AWD across all trims, keeps NMAC's MF 0.00067 (1.61% APR), the lowest rate of any Nissan and one of the lowest in the mainstream crossover segment. The SV AWD at $41,670 with $1,350 Lease Cash and a 61% residual lands at ~$458/month. The SL AWD gets a larger $2,100 Lease Cash at ~$523/month. Unchanged from May.
| Murano Trim | MSRP | MF (36mo) | APR | RV (36/12K) | LC | ~Monthly* |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AWD SV | $41,670 | 0.00067 | 1.61% | 61% | $1,350 | ~$458 |
| AWD SL | $46,760 | 0.00067 | 1.61% | 59% | $2,100 | ~$523 |
| AWD Platinum | $49,800 | 0.00067 | 1.61% | 60% | $1,350 | ~$568 |
*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K miles, Northeast region. Cap = MSRP minus NMAC Lease Cash. Data: NMAC, June 2026.
Verdict — Murano
The headline deal again. The SV AWD at ~$458/month and 1.61% APR is the one to cross-shop against any mainstream crossover. Unchanged from May.
Rogue — 3.67% APR, Platinum Still the Standout
The Rogue 2026.5 holds MF 0.00153 (3.67% APR) with $1,325 base Lease Cash. The FWD SV at $30,090 runs ~$361/month and the AWD SV ~$372. The AWD Platinum keeps its $3,325 Lease Cash, landing at ~$401/month on a 63% residual, the most attractive higher-trim deal. Skip the FWD S; it carries a 56% residual and costs more than the better-equipped SV. Unchanged from May.
| Rogue Trim | MSRP | MF (36mo) | APR | RV (36/12K) | LC | ~Monthly* |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| FWD SV | $30,090 | 0.00153 | 3.67% | 61% | $1,325 | ~$361 |
| AWD S | $30,490 | 0.00153 | 3.67% | 58% | $1,325 | ~$390 |
| AWD SV | $31,490 | 0.00153 | 3.67% | 62% | $1,325 | ~$372 |
| AWD Platinum | $38,990 | 0.00153 | 3.67% | 63% | $3,325 | ~$401 |
*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K miles, Northeast region. Cap = MSRP minus NMAC Lease Cash. Data: NMAC, June 2026.
Verdict — Rogue
The FWD SV at ~$361/month is the value pick, and the AWD Platinum at ~$401 with $3,325 cash is the loaded-trim play. Unchanged from May.
Pathfinder — The S Trim Trap Got Worse
The Pathfinder rate split widened in June. The S trim rose to MF 0.00312 (7.49% APR) from 0.00273 (6.55%), still with zero Lease Cash. Every other trim (SV, SL, Rock Creek, Platinum) holds MF 0.00143 (3.43% APR) with $1,325 Lease Cash. The result: the S 2WD now runs ~$641/month, about $156/month more than the SV 2WD at ~$485. You save money by spending more.
| Pathfinder Trim | MSRP | MF (36mo) | APR | RV | LC | ~Monthly* |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| S 2WD avoid | $37,500 | 0.00312 | 7.49% | 56% | $0 | ~$641 |
| SV 2WD | $39,900 | 0.00143 | 3.43% | 61% | $1,325 | ~$485 |
| SV 4WD | $41,900 | 0.00143 | 3.43% | 63% | $1,325 | ~$490 |

Pathfinder S: May to June Change
The S trim went from MF 0.00273 (6.55% APR) to 0.00312 (7.49% APR), pushing the S 2WD from ~$618 to ~$641/month. The SV held at ~$485, so the gap between them widened from $133 to $156/month.
Verdict — Pathfinder
Never lease the Pathfinder S. The SV 2WD at ~$485/month is the entry point, $156 cheaper than the base on a better-equipped truck with $1,325 cash and a higher residual.
Kicks & Sentra — Kicks SV Gets $1,000 More Cash
The Kicks SV FWD ($24,170) is the value story. NMAC raised its Lease Cash from $1,375 to $2,375, which more than offsets a slightly higher MF 0.00287 and drops the payment to about ~$301/month, down from ~$326 in May. The catch: the Kicks S base runs MF 0.00312 (7.49% APR) with $0 cash at ~$407/month, more than the better SV. The Sentra SV ($23,370) improved marginally to MF 0.00280 (6.72% APR) with $800 cash, about ~$311/month.
| Trim | MSRP | MF (36mo) | APR | RV | LC | ~Monthly* |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kicks SV FWD | $24,170 | 0.00287 | 6.89% | 61% | $2,375 | ~$301 |
| Kicks S FWD avoid | $24,170 | 0.00312 | 7.49% | 57% | $0 | ~$407 |
| Sentra SV | $23,370 | 0.00280 | 6.72% | 65% | $800 | ~$311 |
*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K miles, Northeast region. Cap = MSRP minus NMAC Lease Cash. Data: NMAC, June 2026.
Kicks SV: May to June Change
Lease Cash rose $1,375 to $2,375. Despite a slightly higher MF (0.00273 to 0.00287), the SV FWD dropped from ~$326 to ~$301/month. The extra $1,000 wins.
Verdict — Kicks & Sentra
The Kicks SV FWD at ~$301/month is the cheapest lease in the lineup. Skip the Kicks S, it costs ~$106 more with no cash. The Sentra SV at ~$311 is a fine compact-sedan alternative.
Altima & Frontier — Steady Value
Both held from May. The Altima SR FWD ($28,980) runs MF 0.00218 (5.23% APR) with $2,275 Lease Cash and a 63% residual, an attractive ~$333/month and quietly one of the better compact-sedan leases. The Frontier holds MF 0.00230 (5.52% APR) with $1,300 cash; the Crew Cab 4x4 S at $36,550 with a strong 68% residual runs ~$427/month, the best mid-size truck lease value.
Verdict — Altima & Frontier
The Altima SR at ~$333/month is the value sedan; the Frontier Crew Cab 4x4 at ~$427 is the truck pick. Both unchanged.
Models to Skip — Z, LEAF, Armada, Rogue PHEV
Nothing improved here. These still run market or above-market money factors with little Lease Cash. The Z holds MF 0.00280 (6.72% APR) with $1 cash. The LEAF reshuffled (S+ now 7.49% APR, Platinum+ 6.55%) but still has minimal support. The Armada runs 6.55% to 7.49% APR on low residuals. The Rogue PHEV sits at MF 0.00214 with only $325 cash, a steep premium over the standard Rogue Platinum.
Verdict — Skip List
Finance these or look elsewhere. The Z, LEAF, Armada, and Rogue PHEV are all poor leases in June, unchanged in substance from May.
Payment Math & Assumptions
- Cap cost = MSRP minus base NMAC Lease Cash. No dealer discount, no cap cost reduction, no down payment.
- Term: 36 months / 12,000 miles per year. Residual applied to MSRP, not cap cost.
- Pre-tax and pre-fees. Add your state's lease tax, the NMAC acquisition fee, and dealer doc fee.
- Formula used: Monthly = (Cap minus Residual) / Term + (Cap + Residual) x MF, where Residual = MSRP x RV%.
- Conditional incentives excluded. Service to Sales ($1,000), EV/hybrid loyalty ($1,000), Armada loyalty ($2,500 NE), college grad and military ($500 each) are stackable for eligible buyers and not reflected above.
