Kia Lease Deals June 2026: Every Model Ranked

Kia held the lineup flat in June 2026. The same subvented money factors (0.00212 to 0.00224 at 24 and 36 months) and EV cash carry over: EV9 Light RWD still $12,000 at ~$495/mo, Niro EV Wind still ~$347/mo (cheapest EV lease), Seltos LX FWD still ~$290/mo (cheapest Kia). The changes are at the edges: the 2027 Telluride and Seltos arrived, and the 2027 Telluride Hybrid money factor fell to 5.40% APR (payment flat). The 39/42-month 6.77% APR trap still applies to every model.

Kia's June sheet is a near-copy of May. The same trim-tuned money factors (0.00212 to 0.00224, about 5.1% to 5.4% APR) hold at 24 and 36 months, EV cash is unchanged (EV9 Light RWD still $12,000, Niro EV Wind still $10,450), and the 0.00282 trap at 39 and 42 months is still every model, no exceptions.

The only movement is at the edges. The 2027 Telluride and Seltos arrived, and the 2027 Telluride Hybrid money factor dropped to 5.40% APR (though a lower residual keeps the payment flat near $577, and there is still no cash). The K4 LX is still a penalty trim. Start at LXS.

The 0.00282 Wall — Stay at 36 Months

Same rule as May. At 24 and 36 months, KMF runs trim-tuned money factors from 0.00212 to 0.00224 (5.09% to 5.38% APR). At 39 and 42 months, every model resets to 0.00282 (6.77% APR) with a lower residual. There are no exceptions in the 2026 lineup.

The cost of ignoring this is real. A Sportage LX FWD at 36 months runs ~$319/mo. The same car at 39 months, with the trap rate and a lower residual, costs roughly $71/mo more — about $2,769 over the lease. If a dealer quotes 39 or 42 months on any Kia, that is the rate sheet working against you.

Verdict — Term

Stay at 24 or 36 months. The 39 and 42-month terms reset to 0.00282 (6.77% APR) with a lower residual, which costs $1,950 to $2,769 over the lease. There is no benefit to the customer from the longer term.

Sportage — Unchanged, Still the Compact Value

The Sportage holds its May program. The LX FWD ($28,790 MSRP, $2,630 cash, 63% RV, MF 0.00217) runs about ~$319/mo, the entry compact SUV value. The EX FWD is ~$348/mo and the X-Line AWD ~$382/mo. The Hybrid X-Line AWD holds a 66% residual at ~$426/mo, and the PHEV X-Line is still the best plug-in in the family at ~$392/mo on a 69% residual.

Verdict — Sportage

The LX FWD at ~$319/mo is the compact SUV entry value, and the PHEV X-Line at ~$392/mo is the best plug-in in the family. Unchanged from May.

Seltos & Niro Hybrid — The Cheap Entries Hold

The Seltos LX FWD is still the cheapest Kia lease at about ~$290/mo ($23,790 MSRP, $2,700 cash, 56% RV, MF 0.00217). Cash falls sharply as you move up: the EX FWD has only $960 cash and runs ~$335/mo. The Niro Hybrid LX ($27,390, $3,120 cash, 59% RV, MF 0.00214) is the value hybrid hatch at ~$312/mo, with no Niro Hybrid trim getting less than $2,610 in cash. Both held flat from May.

Verdict — Seltos & Niro Hybrid

Seltos LX FWD at ~$290/mo is the cheapest way into a new Kia. Niro Hybrid LX at ~$312/mo is the value hybrid. Stick to the base trims, where the cash lives.

K4 & K5 — Skip the K4 LX, Start at LXS

The K4 LX penalty survives into June: MF 0.00282 (6.77% APR) at every term, $0 cash, ~$371/mo on a $22,290 car. The LXS directly above it runs ~$277/mo on a $1,100 higher sticker. That is the rate sheet punishing the base trim. The K5 LXS FWD is ~$352/mo with $1,820 cash; cash drops off sharply above LXS.

K5 LXS FWD$27,990$1,82060%0.00214 (5.14%)~$352

The K4 LX costs $94/mo more than the LXS despite a $1,100 lower sticker. *Pre-tax, 36mo/12K. Data: KMF, June 2026.

Verdict — K4 & K5

Never lease the K4 LX. Start at the LXS, which is cheaper on a higher sticker. The K5 LXS FWD at ~$352/mo is the K5 value point; trims above it lose cash fast.

Sorento — Hybrid EX FWD and PHEV EX Still the Picks

The Sorento gas LX FWD ($33,990, $2,840 cash, 61% RV) runs ~$400/mo. The standouts are unchanged: the Hybrid EX FWD carries $4,050 in cash at ~$456/mo, the best 3-row hybrid value, and the PHEV EX gets $5,300 in cash at ~$475/mo on a $45,890 MSRP, the strongest plug-in deal in the lineup. All held flat from May.

Verdict — Sorento

The Hybrid EX FWD at ~$456/mo ($4,050 cash) is the best 3-row hybrid value, and the PHEV EX at ~$475/mo ($5,300 cash) is the best plug-in. Both unchanged.

EV6 — Cash-Driven, Light RWD Is the Pick

The EV6 program holds from May. Money factors are market rate (0.00212 to 0.00217) and the cash does the work: $6,200 to $6,500 across all trims. The Light RWD($37,900, $6,500 cash, 53% RV, MF 0.00212, the best rate in the lineup) is the pick at ~$423/mo. The GT-Line premium is ~$150/mo for styling the residual does not reward. Skip it on a lease.

Verdict — EV6

The Light RWD at ~$423/mo is the rational pick: best rate, best cash-per-dollar. Skip the GT-Line on a lease.

EV9 & Niro EV — Big Cash Holds

The EV9 Light RWD holds $12,000 in cash at ~$495/mo ($54,900 MSRP, 56% RV, MF 0.00214). Each step up adds roughly $20 to $90/mo. The Niro EV Wind remains the cheapest EV lease in the market at ~$347/mo ($39,700, $10,450 cash, 52% RV). All unchanged from May.

Verdict — EV9 & Niro EV

The Niro EV Wind at ~$347/mo is the cheapest EV lease anywhere. The EV9 Light RWD at ~$495/mo with $12,000 cash is the value 3-row EV. Both unchanged.

Telluride & Carnival — Telluride Still a Skip

The 2027 Telluride still carries $0 in consumer cash. The S FWD runs MF 0.00232 (5.57% APR) at ~$547/mo; the EX AWD ~$600/mo. The 2027 Telluride Hybrid EX FWD money factor dropped to 0.00225 (5.40% APR) from 0.00256, but a lower 69% residual keeps the payment flat at ~$577. With no cash, both Telluride variants are still below-average leases. Wait for cash support.

The Carnival LX ($37,390, $1,990 cash, 63% RV) holds at ~$456/mo, competitive against the Pacifica and Sienna. Cash does not scale with MSRP above EX, so the SX Prestige tops out near $665/mo. The Carnival Hybrid LXS at ~$537/mo is the hybrid crossover point. Unchanged from May.

Verdict — Telluride & Carnival

Skip the Telluride until KMF adds cash; the strong residual does not offset $0 support. The Carnival LX at ~$456/mo is the minivan value if you stay near the base.

All 2026 model year unless noted. Every trim traps to 0.00282 (6.77% APR) at 39 and 42 months. Pre-tax, 36mo/12K, MSRP cap, no acquisition fee. Data: KMF Northeast, June 2026.

Payment Math & Assumptions

  • Cap cost = MSRP minus base non-conditional Lease Cash. No dealer discount, no down payment. Military adds $500 to most trims and is not included.
  • Term: 36 months / 12,000 miles per year. All residuals use the 12K tier.
  • Pre-tax and pre-fees. Add your state's lease tax, the KMF acquisition fee (~$695, about $19 to $20/mo if capitalized), and dealer doc fee.
  • Formula used: Monthly = (Cap minus Residual) / Term + (Cap + Residual) x MF, where Residual = MSRP x RV%.
  • Avoid the 39 and 42-month terms. They reset to the 0.00282 (6.77% APR) penalty rate with a lower residual. Confirm the term and the buy-rate MF in writing.
