Nissan Lease Deals July 2026: Every Model Ranked
Nissan July 2026 lease programs: NMAC reshuffled its subsidies. The Murano lost its 1.61% APR rate entirely (all trims now MF 0.00289, 6.94% APR, +$172 to $186/month), while the Rogue dropped to MF 0.00099 (2.38% APR, from 3.67%) and the Pathfinder non-S to MF 0.00109 (2.62% APR, from 3.43%). Lower residuals kept the Rogue and Pathfinder payments about flat (~$360 and ~$495). The Frontier improved to 4.75% APR and the Rogue PHEV to 3.89%. The Altima also lost its subsidy (5.23% to 6.94% APR, +$73/month). The Kicks SV is still the cheapest lease at ~$317/month.
NMAC pulled the Murano's subsidy and handed it to the Rogue and Pathfinder. The Murano's blanket 1.61% APR is gone. Every trim now runs 6.94% APR, adding $172 to $186/month. In its place, the Rogue dropped to 2.38% APR (from 3.67%) and the Pathfinder to 2.62% (from 3.43%), the two best real rates in the lineup.
The catch: lower residuals ate most of the rate gains, so the Rogue and Pathfinder payments are about flat (~$360 and ~$495). The Frontier improved to 4.75% APR and the Rogue PHEV to 3.89%. The losers: the Murano and the Altima both lost their subsidy, and the base S trims still sit at 6.94% to 7.70% APR with little or no cash.

July 2026 Nissan Lineup: The Subsidy Reshuffle
NMAC moved the cheap money this month. The Rogue (2.38%), Pathfinder non-S (2.62%), Rogue PHEV (3.89%), and Frontier (4.75%) all got real rate cuts. The Murano and Altima lost their subsidized rates entirely and now sit with everything else at MF 0.00289 (6.94% APR). Residuals also fell across most of the lineup, so the improved-rate models hold roughly flat on payment while the de-subsidized ones jumped $70 to $186/month.

Verdict — Lineup
The real deals moved. Lease the Rogue or Pathfinder for rate, the Kicks SV for the cheapest payment (~$317). Avoid the Murano and Altima this month, both lost their subsidy and now run 6.94% APR. Skip every base S trim.
Rogue — New Rate Leader at 2.38% APR
The Rogue 2026.5 rate dropped from MF 0.00153 (3.67% APR) to MF 0.00099 (2.38% APR), the lowest real rate in the lineup. The base Lease Cash holds at $1,325, with $3,325 on the Platinum. The FWD SV at $30,090 runs ~$360/month and the AWD SV ~$370. The AWD Platinum at $38,990 with its $3,325 Lease Cash lands at ~$389/month.
The rate is better, but residuals fell 2 to 4 points, so the payment is essentially unchanged from June. The upside is protection: a lower buy-rate MF means less room for a dealer to mark it up. Skip the AWD S. Its residual dropped to 54%, so it costs more than the better-equipped SV.
| Rogue Trim | MSRP | MF (36mo) | APR | RV (36/12K) | LC | ~Monthly* |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| FWD SV | $30,090 | 0.00099 | 2.38% | 58% | $1,325 | ~$360 |
| AWD S | $30,490 | 0.00099 | 2.38% | 54% | $1,325 | ~$398 |
| AWD SV | $31,490 | 0.00099 | 2.38% | 59% | $1,325 | ~$370 |
| AWD Platinum | $38,990 | 0.00099 | 2.38% | 61% | $3,325 | ~$389 |

Rogue: June to July Change
The MF fell from 0.00153 (3.67% APR) to 0.00099 (2.38% APR), but a 3-point lower residual on the FWD SV holds the payment at ~$360, about flat with June. Better rate, same payment, less markup risk.
Verdict — Rogue
The FWD SV at ~$360/month is the everyday pick, now at the best rate in the lineup. The AWD Platinum at ~$389 with $3,325 cash is the loaded play. Skip the AWD S.
Pathfinder — Rate Improved, S Trim Still the Trap
The Pathfinder non-S trims improved from MF 0.00143 (3.43% APR) to MF 0.00109 (2.62% APR) with $1,350 Lease Cash. As with the Rogue, residuals fell a few points, so the SV 2WD payment is about flat at ~$495 and the SV 4WD at ~$488. The S trim remains the trap: MF 0.00289 (6.94% APR) with zero Lease Cash, so the S 2WD runs ~$655/month, about $160 more than the better-equipped SV.
| Pathfinder Trim | MSRP | MF (36mo) | APR | RV | LC | ~Monthly* |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| S 2WD avoid | $37,500 | 0.00289 | 6.94% | 53% | $0 | ~$655 |
| SV 2WD | $39,900 | 0.00109 | 2.62% | 58% | $1,350 | ~$495 |
| SV 4WD | $41,900 | 0.00109 | 2.62% | 61% | $1,350 | ~$488 |
*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K miles, Northeast region. Cap = MSRP minus NMAC Lease Cash. Data: NMAC, July 2026.
Verdict — Pathfinder
The SV is the entry point at ~$488 to $495/month and a better 2.62% rate. Never lease the Pathfinder S. It runs ~$160 more per month on a stripped trim with no cash.
Murano — Subsidy Pulled, 1.61% to 6.94% APR
June's headline deal is gone. The Murano ran MF 0.00067 (1.61% APR) across every trim in June, the best rate in the lineup. In July NMAC pulled it. All trims now run MF 0.00289 (6.94% APR), and residuals fell a few points on top. The SV AWD at $41,670 jumps from ~$458 to ~$644/month. The SL goes from ~$523 to ~$701, and the Platinum from ~$568 to ~$740. A bigger Lease Cash bump ($2,650 on SL and Platinum) softens it only slightly.
| Murano Trim | MSRP | MF (36mo) | APR | RV (36/12K) | LC | ~Monthly* |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AWD SV | $41,670 | 0.00289 | 6.94% | 57% | $1,400 | ~$644 |
| AWD SL | $46,760 | 0.00289 | 6.94% | 56% | $2,650 | ~$701 |
| AWD Platinum | $49,800 | 0.00289 | 6.94% | 57% | $2,650 | ~$740 |

Murano: June to July Change
The MF went from 0.00067 (1.61% APR) to 0.00289 (6.94% APR) across the lineup. The SV AWD rose from ~$458 to ~$644/month, a $186/month jump on the same truck. The Murano went from best-in-lineup to avoid in one month.
Verdict — Murano
Wait. At 6.94% APR the Murano is no longer a lease deal. If you liked June's 1.61% rate, hold out for it to return. For a crossover right now, the Rogue at 2.38% is the better lease.
Kicks & Sentra — Small Cuts, Still the Cheapest Payments
The Kicks SV FWD ($24,170) is still the cheapest lease in the lineup at ~$317/month, but NMAC trimmed the Lease Cash $100 (to $2,275) and dropped the residual 2 points, pushing it up from ~$301 in June. The Kicks S base runs MF 0.00321 (7.70% APR) with $0 cash at ~$428/month, more than the better SV. The Sentra SV ($23,370) held its rate edge at MF 0.0027 (6.48% APR) but lost $500 of Lease Cash (now $300), landing at ~$328/month.
| Trim | MSRP | MF (36mo) | APR | RV | LC | ~Monthly* |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kicks SV FWD | $24,170 | 0.00289 | 6.94% | 59% | $2,275 | ~$317 |
| Kicks S FWD avoid | $24,170 | 0.00321 | 7.70% | 54% | $0 | ~$428 |
| Sentra SV | $23,370 | 0.0027 | 6.48% | 64% | $300 | ~$328 |
*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K miles, Northeast region. Cap = MSRP minus NMAC Lease Cash. Data: NMAC, July 2026.
Kicks SV: June to July Change
Lease Cash fell $100 (to $2,275) and the residual dropped 2 points, so the SV FWD rose from ~$301 to ~$317/month. Still the cheapest lease Nissan offers, just $16 more than June.
Verdict — Kicks & Sentra
The Kicks SV FWD at ~$317/month is still the cheapest lease in the lineup. Skip the Kicks S, it costs ~$111 more with no cash. The Sentra SV at ~$328 is a fine compact-sedan alternative.
Altima & Frontier — Altima Lost Its Subsidy, Frontier Improved
These two moved in opposite directions. The Altima lost its subsidized rate, going from MF 0.00218 (5.23% APR) to MF 0.00289 (6.94% APR) with the residual crashing from 63% to 57%. The SR FWD at $28,980 jumps from ~$333 to ~$406/month, a $73 increase. The Frontier improved: MF fell from 0.00230 (5.52% APR) to 0.00198 (4.75% APR) with $1,325 cash. The Crew Cab 4x4 S at $36,550 holds ~$426/month, still the best mid-size truck lease value.
Altima SR: June to July Change
The MF rose from 0.00218 (5.23% APR) to 0.00289 (6.94% APR) and the residual fell 6 points, pushing the SR FWD from ~$333 to ~$406/month. A $73/month hit that turns a former value sedan into a skip.
Verdict — Altima & Frontier
Skip the Altima this month, it lost the subsidy that made it a deal. The Frontier Crew Cab 4x4 at ~$426/month is the truck pick, now at a better 4.75% rate.
Models to Skip — Z, LEAF, Armada
These still run market or above-market money factors with little Lease Cash. The Z holds MF 0.00289 (6.94% APR) with $1 cash. The LEAF sits at MF 0.00289 (6.94% APR) with $0 to $325 cash and low residuals. The Armada consolidated to MF 0.00274 (6.58% APR) with $2,625 Lease Cash, a touch better but still not a deal on its low residuals. The Rogue PHEV improved to MF 0.00162 (3.89% APR) but keeps only $325 cash, a steep premium over the standard Rogue Platinum.
Verdict — Skip List
Finance these or look elsewhere. The Z, LEAF, and Armada are all poor leases in July. The Rogue PHEV's better rate still does not beat the standard Rogue on total cost.
Payment Math & Assumptions
- Cap cost = MSRP minus base NMAC Lease Cash. No dealer discount, no cap cost reduction, no down payment.
- Term: 36 months / 12,000 miles per year. Residual applied to MSRP, not cap cost.
- Pre-tax and pre-fees. Add your state's lease tax, the NMAC acquisition fee, and dealer doc fee.
- Formula used: Monthly = (Cap minus Residual) / Term + (Cap + Residual) x MF, where Residual = MSRP x RV%.
- Conditional incentives excluded. Service to Sales ($1,000), EV/hybrid loyalty ($1,000), Armada loyalty ($2,500 NE), college grad and military ($500 each) are stackable for eligible buyers and not reflected above.
