Genesis Lease Deals June 2026: Every Model Ranked
Genesis held almost the entire lineup flat in June 2026. G80 2.5T still runs 0.02% APR, and the G70 2.5T RWD is still the payment leader at about $519/month. The only real change: GV60 money factors rose on every trim, adding roughly $9 to $11/month. GV70 is still a cash-and-residual play near 5.40% APR, the GV80 Coupe is still weak, and the whole lineup still jumps to 6.77% APR at 39 and 42 months.
Genesis held almost the entire lineup flat in June. The G80 2.5T still runs MF 0.00001 (0.02% APR), the G70 2.5T RWD is still the payment leader at about $519/month, and the sedans remain heavily subsidized. One thing moved: the GV60. Money factors rose on every GV60 trim, adding roughly $9 to $11/month across the board.
Everything else carried over from May unchanged. The G70 and G80 are still the best leases in the brand, the GV70 is still a cash-and-residual play rather than a rate play, the GV80 Coupe is still weak, and the whole lineup still hits a 6.77% APR cliff at 39 and 42 months. The single actionable change for June is the GV60, which got a little more expensive.

June 2026 Lineup: Sedans Subsidized, GV60 Slips
The split portfolio from May carries straight into June. Sedans buy down the rate: G70s run as low as 0.07% to 0.46% APR on most trims, and the G80 bottoms at 0.02% APR. Those are genuine subvented programs.
The crossover side still leans on structure, not rate. The GV70 holds residuals of 62% to 64% and up to $2,500 base cash at 36 months, but the money factor still lands near 5.4% APR. The only mover in June is the GV60. Every GV60 money factor went up about 0.0001, so payments are roughly $10/month higher than May.

Verdict — Lineup
Lead with the sedans. G70 for payment, G80 for the cleanest rate. Treat GV70 as a payment structure, not a low rate. Skip the GV80 Coupe, and note the GV60 is a touch worse than May. Stay at 36 months everywhere.
G70 — Still the Strongest Lease Value in the Brand
The G70 holds at its May numbers. The 2.5T RWD lands around $519/month with $1,250 base cash, the lowest payment in the lineup. Most trims are financed like a promo lease: the 2.5T AWD is 0.24% APR, the 2.5T Prestige RWD is 0.07% APR, and the 3.3T Sport Prestige trims stay below 0.50% APR.
One exception remains: the Prestige Graphite trims. Same basic car, but the money factor jumps to roughly 3.98% to 4.25% APR. That pushes the Graphite RWD to about $862/month and the AWD to about $915/month. That is a large premium over the standard 3.3T Sport Prestige trims.
| G70 Trim | MSRP | MF (36mo) | APR | RV (36/12K) | ~Monthly* |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2.5T RWD | $43,450 | 0.00052 | 1.25% | 57% | ~$519 |
| 2.5T AWD | $46,450 | 0.00010 | 0.24% | 58% | ~$549 |

*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K, Northeast region. Base cash included where available. Additional conditional loyalty / conquest support exists on several trims but is not included above. Data: Genesis Finance, June 2026.
Verdict — G70
The G70 is the strongest Genesis lease in June, unchanged from May. The 2.5T RWD at ~$519/month is the value play, AWD trims stay competitive, and 3.3T Sport Prestige versions are reasonable. Avoid the Prestige Graphite trims, where money factor and payment both spike.
G80 — Near-Zero APR Across Most Trims
The G80 is still the cleanest rate story in the brand. The base 2.5T runs at MF 0.00001 (0.02% APR) and still carries $1,500 base cash. That drops a $59,945 luxury sedan to about $709/month. The 2.5T Advanced and Sport Prestige stay below 0.25% APR, and the 3.5T Sport Prestige holds at 0.05% APR.
The spread inside the lineup is sticker-driven, not rent-charge-driven. You pay more for vehicle content, not for a rate step-up between trims. That is how a good lease should look.
| G80 Trim | MSRP | MF (36mo) | APR | RV (36/12K) | ~Monthly* |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2.5T | $59,945 | 0.00001 | 0.02% | 55% | ~$709 |
| 2.5T Advanced | $65,535 | 0.00005 | 0.12% | 56% | ~$806 |
| 2.5T Sport Prestige | $71,445 | 0.00010 | 0.24% | 57% | ~$865 |
| 3.5T Sport Prestige | $76,245 | 0.00002 | 0.05% | 56% | ~$927 |
| 3.5T Prestige Black | $80,845 | 0.00005 | 0.12% | 55% | ~$982 |
*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K, Northeast region. Base cash included where available. Data: Genesis Finance, June 2026.
Verdict — G80
For a Genesis sedan at this price point, the G80 is the stronger lease structure. The base 2.5T at ~$709/month and 0.02% APR is the standout, and the rest of the lineup stays consistent. Unchanged from May.
G90 — Expensive but Structurally Reasonable
The G90 is not subsidized like the G70 and G80, but it is not punished either. Rates land around 2.90% to 3.14% APR, reasonable for a six-figure flagship. The catch: there is no meaningful base cash, so the payment is mostly a function of sticker and residual.
The standard 3.5T comes in around $1,443/month. The e-SC moves to about $1,567, and the Prestige Black sits near $1,639. Genesis carries larger conditional support here than on most of the lineup, but absent those qualifiers, you lease a flagship the old-fashioned way: by paying for it.
| G90 Trim | MSRP | MF (36mo) | APR | RV (36/12K) | ~Monthly* |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3.5T | $94,195 | 0.00131 | 3.14% | 52% | ~$1,443 |
| 3.5T e-SC | $101,195 | 0.00124 | 2.98% | 51% | ~$1,567 |
| 3.5T e-SC Prestige Black | $106,195 | 0.00121 | 2.90% | 51% | ~$1,639 |
*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K, Northeast region. Base non-conditional incentive assumed at $0. Data: Genesis Finance, June 2026.
Verdict — G90
Not a bargain lease, but the structure is consistent for a flagship. If you want a G90, the 3.5T at ~$1,443/month is the cleanest value point. Unchanged from May.
Electrified GV70 + GV60 — Low Rate on One, a Bump on the Other
The Electrified GV70 still has a real rate program. The best trim sits at 0.43% APR, and even the weakest 36-month trim is only 0.65% APR. The problem is not financing. Genesis gives it no base lease cash and a residual of only 50% to 51%, which leaves payments from roughly $923 to $1,089/month. Good rate, heavy depreciation. Unchanged from May.
The GV60 is where June moved. Every trim took a money-factor increase of about 0.0001, adding roughly $9 to $11/month. The Performance AWD is still the strongest GV60 lease, now at 1.61% APR and about $938/month. The Advanced 20 AWD remains the trap, now at 5.69% APR and about $985 to $995/month despite sitting below the Performance on MSRP.

GV60: May to June Change
Every GV60 money factor rose about 0.0001 this month. RWD ~$786 to ~$796, AWD 19" ~$827 to ~$838, Advanced 20 AWD ~$985 to ~$995, Performance AWD ~$929 to ~$938. Roughly $9 to $11 more per month on each trim, driven by the rate, not the residual.
Verdict — EVs
The Electrified GV70 still has a low rate and an ugly depreciation curve, so payment stays high. The GV60 is a touch worse than May: RWD is still reasonable, Performance AWD is strongest, and Advanced 20 AWD is the outlier to skip at 5.69% APR.
GV70 — High APR with Competitive Payments
The GV70 shows that a competitive payment does not require a low rate. The 2.5T runs around 5.40% APR, expensive by captive-lender standards, but the residual is a strong 64% and base cash goes as high as $2,500. That gets the plain 2.5T to about $597/month, the Select to $637, and the Advanced to $712. Unchanged from May.
So the GV70 leases well against German compact SUVs with weak residuals and small incentives. Just do not confuse it with a subsidized finance program. Genesis buys the payment down through depreciation math, not cheap rent.
| GV70 Trim | MSRP | MF (36mo) | APR | RV (36/12K) | ~Monthly* |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2.5T | $47,985 | 0.00225 | 5.40% | 64% | ~$597 |
| 2.5T Select | $50,985 | 0.00226 | 5.42% | 63% | ~$637 |
| 2.5T Advanced | $55,435 | 0.00225 | 5.40% | 62% | ~$712 |
| 2.5T Sport Prestige | $59,935 | 0.00225 | 5.40% | 64% | ~$768 |
| 3.5T Sport Advanced | $65,935 | 0.00219 | 5.26% | 63% | ~$883 |
| 3.5T Sport Prestige | $70,435 | 0.00211 | 5.06% | 62% | ~$969 |
*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K, Northeast region. Base cash included in the cap reduction where present. Data: Genesis Finance, June 2026.
Verdict — GV70
Lease the GV70 if payment matters more than rate purity. The 2.5T at ~$597/month and the 2.5T Select at ~$637 are the sweet spots. Just know what you are buying: a strong payment structure, not a cheap finance rate.
GV80 + GV80 Coupe — SUV Works, Coupe Does Not
The standard GV80 is rational. The 2.5T RWD starts at about $765/month, the AWD at about $795, and the 2.5T Select AWD at $839. Rates range from 2.42% to 3.82% APR depending on trim, acceptable for the segment, with residuals around 60% to 63%.
The GV80 Coupe does not survive the same math. The base 3.5T Coupe runs around $1,268/month, the e-SC about $1,482, and the e-SC Prestige Black roughly $1,547. Rates sit near 4.9% to 5.3% APR and base cash is basically absent. Unless you have a specific design obsession, this is a finance-or-wait vehicle, not a lease play.

Verdict — GV80
Standard GV80 trims are fine if you want a Genesis luxury SUV and prefer the styling over BMW or Lexus. The GV80 Coupe is the opposite: expensive sticker, mediocre residual, weak rate, almost no cash. Lease the SUV if you must. Skip the Coupe.
The 39- and 42-Month Trap — Genesis Jumps to 6.77%
Remember this when a dealer says "it's only a little longer." On Genesis, the long terms are not a small step down. Across the lineup, 39 and 42 months default to MF 0.00282 (6.77% APR) while residuals drop at the same time.
What the term cliff looks like in practice
G70 2.5T RWD: about $519/month at 36 months to roughly $781/month at 39 months.
G80 2.5T: about $709/month at 36 months to roughly $1,104/month at 39 months.
Verdict — Term
Stay at 24 or 36 months. Do not let a dealer "solve" a payment problem by moving you to 39 or 42. On Genesis, that is a more expensive lease with lower residual support, not an optimization.
Payment Math & Assumptions
- Cap cost = MSRP minus base non-conditional incentive. No dealer discount, no cap cost reduction, and no trade equity are included in sample payments.
- Term: 36 months / 12,000 miles per year. All sample residuals use the 12K tier.
- Pre-tax and pre-fees. Add state lease tax, acquisition fee, DMV, dealer doc fee, and first payment due at signing.
- MF is the published base rate. Dealer markup on MF increases rent charge. Confirm buy-rate MF in writing before signing.
- Formula used: Monthly = (Cap minus Residual) / Term + (Cap + Residual) x MF, where Residual = MSRP x RV%.
- Conditional offers excluded. Loyalty / conquest / military / college-grad incentives are intentionally excluded from sample monthly estimates.
