Porsche Lease Deals August 2026: Every Model Ranked

The 2027 Porsche 911 arrives at 0.00235 (5.64% APR) on all 18 trims with residuals five points above the 2026 car, up to 71%, and Porsche carried pricing over unchanged. The Carrera Coupe leases at ~$1,705/month against ~$2,022 for the 2026 on the same $135,500 sticker, so the newer car is $317/month cheaper and the gap reaches $632 on the Carrera 4 GTS Coupe. At ~$1,705 a 911 now undercuts the Cayenne Electric, Taycan RWD, and Panamera RWD. On the 2026 lineup Porsche ended its 0.00250 (6.00% APR) program and 57 of the 70 priced 2026 trims got more expensive: the 2026 911 to 0.00300 (7.20% APR), and Cayenne gas and hybrid, the entire Macan line, the entire Panamera line, and the Taycan GTS, Turbo, and Cross Turismo to 0.00340 (8.16% APR). The Cayenne Electric holds 0.00250 (6.00% APR) at ~$1,812/month and the Taycan sedans hold 0.00310 (7.44% APR). Macan AWD is the cheapest lease at ~$1,114. No base lease cash on any trim.

The 2027 911 landed at 0.00235 (5.64% APR) with residuals up to 71% and unchanged pricing, so the Carrera Coupe leases at ~$1,705/month against ~$2,022 for the 2026 on the same $135,500 sticker. Everything else went the other way. Porsche pulled its 0.00250 (6.00% APR) money factor off the 2026 lineup and 57 of the 70 priced 2026 trims got more expensive.

The 2026 911 went to 0.00300 (7.20% APR), and Cayenne gas, Macan, Panamera, and the sportier Taycans all went to 0.00340 (8.16% APR). Two families kept their cheap money: the Cayenne Electric at 0.00250 (6.00% APR), the only 6% rate left in the 2026 range, and the Taycan sedans at 0.00310 (7.44% APR). There is no base lease cash on any Porsche this month, so the rate is the whole story.

What Changed: Porsche Ended Its 6% Program

In July, Porsche Financial Services published MF 0.00250 (6.00% APR) on nearly every model at 36 months. In August that rate survives on the Cayenne Electric and nowhere else. Everything else moved to one of two new rates: 0.00300 (7.20% APR) on the 911, or 0.00340 (8.16% APR) on the Cayenne gas and hybrid range, the whole Macan line, the whole Panamera line, and the Taycan GTS, Turbo, and Cross Turismo variants.

There is no lease cash to soften it. Porsche runs $0 base incentive on all 95 priced trims, same as July, so the entire rate increase lands on the payment. The damage scales with price: the Macan AWD is $93/month worse, and the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid is $329/month worse.

The 2027 model year is the counterweight, and so far it is only the 911 and the Panamera. The 2027 911 came in at 0.00235 (5.64% APR), the best rate on the sheet, and Porsche held its pricing flat, so the 2027 undercuts the 2026 by $317 to $632 per month depending on trim. The 2027 Panamera mostly matches the 2026 car at 0.00340 (8.16% APR). Cayenne, Macan, and Taycan are 2026-only in this pull.

Lineup: July to August change

57 of the 70 priced 2026 trims repriced upward. Nine held: the Cayenne Electric and Turbo Electric, the six Taycan sedans and Black Editions, and the base Cayenne Coupe. The remaining four are new Cayenne Electric variants with no July history. No 2026 trim got cheaper.

Verdict: August 2026

On the 2026 lineup you missed the better month. The Cayenne Electric at 6.00% APR and the Taycan sedans at 7.44% APR are the only two places the 2026 sheet is worth signing, and everything else costs $93 to $329 more per month than it did in July for the same car. The 2027 911 at 5.64% APR is the one genuinely good number Porsche published in August.

911: The 2027 Undercuts the 2026 on Every Trim

The 2027 911 arrived on the August sheet at MF 0.00235 (5.64% APR) on all 18 trims, at 24, 36, and 39 months. That is the lowest money factor anywhere in the Porsche range, below even the Cayenne Electric at 0.00250. The 2026 car went the other way, from 0.00250 to 0.00300 (6.00% to 7.20% APR) on every trim.

Every 2027 residual is five points above the 2026 car, and the Carrera 4 GTS Coupe is nine points up at 71%. Porsche also carried 2027 pricing over unchanged, so the comparison is clean. The Carrera Coupe stickers at $135,500 in both years and leases at ~$1,705/month as a 2027 against ~$2,022 as a 2026. That is $317/month less for the newer car, and none of it comes from the sticker. At ~$1,705 it undercuts the Cayenne Electric (~$1,812), the Taycan RWD (~$1,857), the Panamera RWD (~$1,870), and the Cayenne S (~$1,872).

On the 2026 car, two trims got a residual bump that partly offsets the rate. The Carrera GTS Coupe went from 63% to 65%, which held its increase to +$58/month when the rest of the range took $111 to $230. The Carrera 4 GTS Cabriolet went from 62% to 63% and landed at +$114. Those are the only two residual moves anywhere in the August lineup.

Curated selection of the 911 range, which prices 18 trims per model year. 2027 and 2026 carry identical MSRPs, so the payment gap is entirely rate and residual. MSRP excludes the $2,350 delivery, processing and handling fee. The 2026-only Spirit 70 Cabriolet is in the full lineup table below. Data: Porsche Financial Services, August 2026.

2026 911: July to August change

Carrera Coupe ~$1,911/mo to ~$2,022/mo. $111 per month on the rate move alone. GT3 Coupe ~$3,742 to ~$3,927 (+$185). Turbo S Cabriolet ~$4,152 to ~$4,383 (+$230). The Carrera GTS Coupe is the exception at ~$2,598 to ~$2,656 (+$58), because its residual went up two points.

The 2027 911 is a rate sheet, not cars on lots

These 18 trims appeared this month with no prior month to check them against, so treat them as a launch program rather than a settled deal. Supply has not caught up either. 2027 911s were not yet reaching dealer inventory in mid-August, with 2026 build still arriving on September and October delivery dates. In practice the 2027 is an allocation you order, not a car you drive home. That matters for the rate: on an ordered car the money factor is set at delivery, not at order, so 0.00235 is not locked until the car lands. Get the number in writing and re-confirm it before you sign.

Verdict: 911

Order the 2027. It is cheaper at every trim, by $317/month on the Carrera Coupe and $632 on the Carrera 4 GTS Coupe at identical stickers, and the Carrera 4S and 4 GTS Coupes hold 71% residuals. The catch is availability: with no 2027 cars on lots yet, this is an allocation, and the money factor is set at delivery rather than at order. If you need a car now and a dealer is discounting leftover 2026 inventory, that discount has to beat a $300 to $600 monthly gap before the older car makes sense.

Cayenne: The Electric Keeps 6.00%, the Gas Cars Go to 8.16%

This is the split that defines the August sheet. The Cayenne Electric holds MF 0.00250 (6.00% APR), exactly what it carried in July. Every gas and hybrid Cayenne moved to 0.00340 (8.16% APR). Same showroom, same month, a 2.16 point spread in APR depending on which one you point at.

The math flips the usual order. The Cayenne Electric at ~$1,812/month costs less than the Cayenne S at ~$1,872, even though the Electric stickers $700 higher and holds a weaker residual (54% against 57%). The rate does all of it. The base Cayenne Coupe is the other survivor, holding 0.00300 (7.20% APR) while the SUV it is based on went to 8.16%.

Four new Cayenne Electric variants: launch program

The Cayenne Electric Coupe, S Electric, S Electric Coupe, and Turbo Electric Coupe are new to the August sheet with no July history. All four show MF 0.00250, matching the established Electric cars, but this is a launch program and the rate is not yet confirmed. Treat these as unsettled and confirm the money factor in writing before you sign.

Cayenne: July to August change

Cayenne S ~$1,719/mo to ~$1,872/mo (+$153). E-Hybrid ~$1,636 to ~$1,782 (+$146). GTS ~$2,135 to ~$2,320 (+$186). Turbo GT Coupe ~$4,006 to ~$4,288 (+$282). The base Cayenne moved least at ~$1,386 to ~$1,444 (+$58), because it started from 0.00300 rather than 0.00250. Cayenne Electric and the base Coupe did not move at all.

Verdict: Cayenne

Lease the Cayenne Electric at ~$1,812/month. It is the only 6.00% APR left at Porsche and it undercuts the Cayenne S by $60/month on a more expensive car. If you need the gas engine, the base Coupe at ~$1,466 kept its 7.20% rate and is the smart buy in the range. Skip the Turbo GT Coupe, where a 46% residual and 8.16% APR stack into ~$4,288/month.

Macan: Every Trim to 8.16%, Still the Cheapest Way In

All nine Macan trims moved from 0.00250 to 0.00340 (6.00% to 8.16% APR). Gas and electric took the same hit, with no split of the kind the Cayenne got. The Macan AWD at ~$1,114/month is still the cheapest Porsche lease, which says more about the $65,400 sticker than about the program.

Residuals are the one bright spot. The gas Macan holds 58% to 59% at 36 months, and the GTS AWD at 59% is the strongest residual in the entire Porsche SUV range. The electric Macans sit lower, 54% to 58%, so the Electric Turbo AWD lands at ~$2,030/month on a $112,700 sticker.

Macan: July to August change

Macan AWD ~$1,021/mo to ~$1,114/mo. $93 per month. Electric Turbo AWD ~$1,874 to ~$2,030 (+$156). Every trim in between moved $101 to $146. No residual changed, so this is entirely the money factor.

Verdict: Macan

The Macan GTS AWD at ~$1,582/month is the value pick, because a 59% residual on a $94,200 car beats the Electric 4S at ~$1,576 on a $89,900 car once you account for what you are driving. The base AWD at ~$1,114 is the cheapest entry to the brand. At 8.16% APR with no cash, though, this is a wait-a-month lineup unless you need the car now.

Panamera: The Worst Hit in the Lineup

All seven Panamera trims went 0.00250 to 0.00340 (6.00% to 8.16% APR), and because this is the most expensive volume model, the dollar damage is the largest anywhere. The Turbo S E-Hybrid gained $329/month, the biggest single increase in the August sheet.

Residuals do not help. The Turbo E-Hybrid and Turbo S E-Hybrid both sit at 49%, the weakest pair outside the Cayenne Turbo GT. Combine a 49% residual with 8.16% APR on a $245,200 sticker and you get ~$4,716/month. The Panamera RWD at ~$1,870 and the 4 AWD at ~$1,993 hold 60%, which is why they stay under $2,000.

Panamera: July to August change

Panamera RWD ~$1,708/mo to ~$1,870/mo (+$163). GTS AWD ~$2,733 to ~$2,966 (+$233). Turbo S E-Hybrid ~$4,387 to ~$4,716. That last one is $329 per month, or about $11,800 over a 36-month term, for the identical car at the identical sticker.

Verdict: Panamera

Wait. The Panamera took the largest dollar increase in the lineup and has no cash to offset it. If you must lease now, the RWD at ~$1,870/month with a 60% residual is the only trim holding reasonable math. Skip both Turbo E-Hybrids, where 49% residuals and 8.16% APR stack into ~$3,998 and ~$4,716 per month.

Taycan: The Sedans Held, the Fast Ones Did Not

The Taycan split in two. The RWD, 4, 4S, and all three Black Editions held at MF 0.00310 (7.44% APR), exactly what they carried in July. The GTS, Turbo, Turbo S, Turbo GT, and every Cross Turismo moved to 0.00340 (8.16% APR) from 0.00250.

That is a reversal worth understanding. In July the sedans at 0.00310 were the most expensive rate in the Taycan range while the GTS and Turbos enjoyed 0.00250. In August the sedans are the cheapest Taycan money on the sheet, purely because they never got the 6% program and therefore had nothing to lose.

The Taycan RWD at ~$1,857/month is the pick. It was already $107/month under the 4 Cross Turismo in July, and that gap widened to $270 in August. Stay in the sedan range to keep the 7.44% rate. The GTS and Turbo cars are the ones to avoid, since they lost the 6% program and carry 44% to 52% residuals on the way up.

*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K miles, Northeast region, at MSRP with no cap cost reduction and $0 lease cash. Curated selection of 63 of the 95 priced trims across 2026 and 2027, dropping redundant Cabriolet and Coupe twins, the four launch Cayenne Electric variants, and the 2027 Panamera rows that duplicate their 2026 twins. Data: Porsche Financial Services, August 2026.

Term Ladder: The Wall Is at 48 Months

The August pull returned 24, 36, 39, and 48-month programs. For most of the lineup the rate is flat across 24, 36, and 39 months, then jumps at 48. The wall is 0.00360 (8.64% APR) on the Cayenne, Macan, Panamera, Taycan, and the 2027 911, and 0.00320 (7.68% APR) on the 2026 911. The 2027 911 therefore has the widest jump in the lineup, from 0.00235 to 0.00360.

Three exceptions run against that pattern. Six Cayenne trims drop to 0.00250 (6.00% APR) at 39 months while sitting at 0.00340 for 24 and 36. The Taycan sedans run 0.00300 (7.20% APR) at 24 months, below their own 0.00310 at 36, and the Cayenne Turbo GT Coupe is 0.00250 at 24 against 0.00340 at 36. The Cayenne Electric family has no 48-month program at all in this pull, so 39 months is the longest term available on those cars.

Ask for the 39-month quote on the Cayenne S and E-Hybrids

Six Cayenne trims price at 0.00250 (6.00% APR) at 39 months against 0.00340 (8.16%) at 36. Most dealers will quote you 36 by default. On those cars the longer term carries the better rate, which almost never happens.

Verdict: Term ladder

Avoid 48 months across the board. It is the only term that costs more everywhere it is offered, at 0.00360 (8.64% APR) on most of the range and 0.00320 (7.68% APR) on the 2026 911. Take 39 months on the Cayenne S and E-Hybrid family for the 6.00% rate, and 24 months on a Taycan sedan or a Cayenne Turbo GT Coupe if the shorter term works for you.

Payment Math & Assumptions

  • Cap cost = MSRP. No dealer discount, cap reduction, or down payment. Porsche runs $0 base lease cash on all 95 priced trims, so nothing is subtracted.
  • Pre-tax and pre-fees. Add your state lease tax, the Porsche Financial Services acquisition fee, dealer doc fee, and first month at drive-off.
  • Formula: Monthly = (Cap minus Residual) / Term + (Cap + Residual) x MF, where Residual = MSRP x RV%. 36 months, 12,000 miles per year, Northeast (NJ).
  • These are base MSRPs. Add $2,350 destination. Across 114 listed 2026 cars, 24 911s and 90 Macans, as-configured MSRP ran 10% to 40% over base, median 24%. Price your car off its window sticker and treat these payments as a floor.
  • 2027 carries 2026 pricing. Same cap cost as its 2026 twin, so the payment gap is pure rate and residual. Two 2027 Panamera trims are excluded, the 4S E-Hybrid and Turbo E-Hybrid, on unsettled data.
  • Conditional programs are not priced in. Loyalty, conquest, and returning-customer offers. Confirm you qualify, and ask whether they stack with the quoted money factor.
