Honda Lease Deals October 2026: Every Model Ranked

Honda's October lease programs, every trim priced and diffed against September. One real change, on the 2027 Odyssey, and a held line everywhere else.

QuoteDefender Team·October 4, 2026

Honda changed one thing for October. It cut the 2027 Odyssey's rate by nearly a third and took $65 to $77 a month off every trim. The other 76 trims that can be compared with September did not move, and Honda still runs no lease cash.

Even after the cut, the 2027 Odyssey leases for $8 to $20 more than the 2026. The 2027 CR-V goes the other way: every trim leases for $1 to $11 less than the same 2026. The refreshed 2027 Passport and the updated 2027 Civic Type R join the lineup, and both cost more than the 2026s they replace.

The Whole Lineup, Cheapest First

The Civic Sedan LX at ~$355 is the cheapest Honda lease, and the Prologue Elite AWD at ~$854 is the most expensive. Honda prices 84 leaseable trims this month, so this is a selection: the cheapest and the most expensive of each model, every trim that changed, and the 2027s that are new to the lineup.

The Cash column is not a mistake. Honda runs no lease cash on any trim, the same as September. Every payment here comes from rate and residual alone.

*Pre-tax, 36mo/12K miles, Northeast region. Cap cost = MSRP, no lease cash, no down payment and no dealer discount. MSRP is Honda's MSRP plus destination, which Honda raised on September 9: $1,295 on the Civic, Accord and Prelude, $1,550 on the CR-V and HR-V, $1,595 on the Passport, Pilot, Odyssey, Ridgeline and Prologue. That adds about $1 to $2 a month to most payments, and the vs September column compares the lease program on today's sticker. The HR-V rows are the all-wheel-drive cars. A dash in the last column marks a trim that was not in September's data. Data: American Honda Finance, October 2026.

Verdict: October Honda

One deal and a held line. The 2027 Odyssey is the only Honda that leases for less than in September. Everything else runs on September's program, so a September quote is still the number to beat.

These tables are one configuration.

36 months, 12,000 miles, Northeast. Your term, mileage, and state move the payment. Get your exact number, free.

What These Payments Are

Every payment here is full MSRP, nothing down, pre-tax. No discount, no trade, no fees. That makes them a ceiling, not a target. They exist so you can measure a dealer quote against the program the lender actually published.

$1,000 off the selling price is about $28 to $31 a month at 36 months, depending on the model's rate. That is the only conversion you need.

Three things move a real quote

A discount pulls the payment down at roughly $28 to $31 per $1,000. Money down pulls it down too, but you already paid that money, so it is not a saving. Tax and fees push it up, and how much depends on your state.

The 2027 Odyssey: The Only Change

Honda cut the 2027 Odyssey's rate by nearly a third, on every trim, with the residual unchanged. The EX-L drops $65 to ~$618, the Sport-L $67 to ~$633, the Touring $72 to ~$695 and the Elite $77 to ~$768.

The 2026 Odyssey is still the cheaper lease. Its EX-L is ~$598 and its Elite ~$760, $8 to $20 a month under the 2027 on the same trims.

Verdict: 2027 Odyssey

The cut makes the 2027 a real lease at ~$618 for the EX-L. If a dealer still has a 2026, price both: the 2026 is $8 to $20 a month cheaper.

The 2027 Passport and Civic Type R

The refreshed 2027 Passport, as Honda's September 29 release calls it, leases for ~$667 as the RTL, ~$748 as the TrailSport and ~$830 as the TrailSport Elite. That is $5 to $31 a month more than the same 2026 trims: the 2027 holds three to four more residual points, but its rate is more than a quarter higher.

The updated 2027 Civic Type R is ~$638 (Honda's word, from its October 1 release), $4 more than the 2026, on the same rate and a sticker $1,300 higher.

Verdict: Passport and Type R

On the Passport, the 2026 is the cheaper lease, by $5 on the RTL and $31 on the TrailSport Elite. On the Type R the two years are $4 apart, so lease whichever the dealer has.

2026 or 2027: It Depends on the Model

Every 2027 CR-V leases for less than the same 2026, by $1 to $11 a month, and the 2027 Prelude for $5 less. The 2027 CR-V Hybrid is $7 cheaper on the TrailSport, Sport-L and Sport Touring but $4 dearer on the Sport. The 2027 Odyssey, Passport and Civic Type R all cost more than the 2026s.

Pre-tax, 36mo/12K miles, Northeast region, full MSRP, nothing down. Data: American Honda Finance, October 2026.

Verdict: Pick the year by model

Take the 2027 CR-V and Prelude. Take the 2026 Odyssey and Passport while dealers have them. On the CR-V Hybrid and the Type R the two years are within $7, so lease the one in stock.

What Held: Everything Else

76 of the 80 trims that can be compared with September did not move: every Civic, Accord, CR-V, CR-V Hybrid, HR-V, Pilot, Ridgeline, Prelude and Prologue, and the 2026 Odyssey and Passport. The Civic Sedan LX is still the cheapest Honda at ~$355, the HR-V LX AWD is ~$396 and the Ridgeline Sport ~$549.

Verdict: A September quote still stands

On every Honda except the 2027 Odyssey the program is September's. A September quote on any of them is still a fair measure; the only change is about $1 to $2 a month of higher destination charge.

Zero Lease Cash

No Honda carries lease cash on its special rate. On the 2026 Odyssey and the Ridgeline Honda also pays cash with its standard rate, but that is the more expensive way to lease them: the special is $29 to $57 a month cheaper. A quote built on the standard rate with cash is not the better deal on either.

Verdict: Negotiating a Honda

With no cash to argue about, a Honda lease comes down to two numbers: the selling price and the money factor. Push the price at $28 to $31 a month per $1,000, and get the rate in writing.

The Markup Test

Honda sets one rate per model and model year. Every trim of a 2026 CR-V shares one rate, every trim of a Pilot another, and no model year has two. So a trim quoted at a higher money factor than its siblings is markup, not the program.

Verdict: Ask for the money factor in writing

For a well-qualified buyer the rate on the worksheet should match the model's one rate, whatever the trim. Paste your quote into QuoteDefender and it checks the rate against this month's Honda program.

Terms: 36, 39 or 48, Depending on the Model

The terms below run from 24 to 48 months, and the cheapest one depends on the model. It is 39 months on every 2026 Civic, the 2026 CR-V and CR-V Hybrid and the 2026 Odyssey, where the residual holds from 36 to 39. It is 48 months on the Accord Hybrid, the Prelude, the 2027 Passport and Type R and most 2027 CR-Vs. It is 36 on the Accord, HR-V, Pilot, Ridgeline and Prologue and the 2027 CR-V Hybrid and Odyssey.

A 24-month lease costs $66 to $319 a month more than 36 on every trim. The Civic Sedan LX is ~$335 at 39 months against ~$355 at 36.

Pre-tax, 12K miles/year, Northeast region, full MSRP, nothing down. Lowest payment per trim in green. Data: American Honda Finance, October 2026.

Verdict: Ask for 36, 39 and 48

One of the three is the cheapest Honda lease on every trim, and which one depends on the model. Ask for all three side by side and take the lowest. Never sign a 24-month Honda lease without seeing 36.

Payment Math & Assumptions

All monthly payments in this post are pre-tax estimates based on a 36-month term, 12,000 miles per year, and the Northeast region program. Cap cost = MSRP, since Honda runs no lease cash. No down payment, no dealer discount, no trade.

MSRP is Honda's MSRP plus destination, from its September and October pricing releases and its build-and-price tool: $1,295 on the Civic, Accord and Prelude, $1,550 on the CR-V and HR-V, and $1,595 on the Passport, Pilot, Odyssey, Ridgeline and Prologue.

Tax, registration, title, acquisition and dealer doc fees are excluded and vary by state. Honda also sets the Pilot's lease program by region, so outside the Northeast a Pilot can lease on different numbers than these; your own payment depends on your ZIP.
